Male preferred, don't have much diversity, don't trust employees, hard to get promotions or advancements
Pros
Most employees aside from high level managers are amazing people to work with. They do give annual bonus' and try to have special employee events.
Cons
Management does not hold all employees to the same expectations. They have higher expectations of some employees and play favorites with others. It doesn't make it an equal working environment and causes bad blood and undesirable work environments between same level employees. The managers get to "work" from home while the employees have to be babysat by a time clock. This shows the devoted employees that actually do come in every day that they aren't trusted and not worthy of a salary, a raise or any flexibility with their daily schedule. If you want a raise, you have to set up a meeting with your boss, hopefully they are there and you have to ask for it. You will not get an annual review automatically. They are not going to just let you have a raise. One employee was there for years, only got one raise and was put off for about a year just to have a meeting to ask for it. It's extremely difficult to bring issues or challenges to your boss' attention when they aren't there every day. They insist that they are available on the phone but when you try to call them, you spend the day playing phone tag. Sometimes they call you to chew you out over a simple mistake, it just depends on the day.
