Taux de roulement de Ă©levĂ© de personnel. Ils vous embauchent et vous rejettent, tout ça, en quelques semaines. On ne peux pas connaĂ®tre et Ă©valuer un(e) employĂ©(e) correctement en peu de temps. J’ai attendu un mois avant de commencer et j’ai refuser d’autres opportunitĂ©/entrevues pendant ce temps. Juste pour Ăªtre rejetĂ© Ă la fin. C’était dĂ©courageant et inacceptable au 21e siècle. Ben voyons donc! Je prĂ©fère que tu me rejettes au dĂ©but. Malheureusement vraiment, l’entreprise ne semblait pas correspondre Ă mon profil professionnel non plus. ———————————— High employee turnover rate. They’d hire you and fire you all in several weeks. It was impressive. On a serious note, You cannot properly get to know and evaluate an employee in such a short time. I waited 1 month to start there and turned down other opportunities at the same time. It was really disappointing and unacceptable in the job market of 2025. I’d prefer that you reject me in the beginning. Unfortunately really, said company does not correspond to my professional profile either.
