      Pros

      Strong SA culture - environment is hands off and pretty relaxed, suck up to the right people and life can be easy.

      Cons

      No/little training, chaotic, no real job or role development and management don’t believe in empowering or inspiring their team. Progression non existent. Team 90% from SA so great if you fit the profile otherwise can be pretty toxic

      Young fun vibe, happy energetic multi cultural atmosphere.

      Cons

      Totally unorganized, outdated backend systems not linked to what is happening on the front end of the business. Induction is poor and one is left to fend for themselves, cut throat company culture without rules to manage transgressions, poor arrogant attitudes towards new hires. Overcharge client commissions and do not worry about customer satisfaction once deal is signed over promising and under delivering.
