I work alongside some superb people who are all like family members. Very caring and considerate people who will go out of your way to ensure you're looked after.

Cons

Since the announcement of redundancies across the board, management have done little to be reassuring or to re-accommodate those who have lost not only their jobs, but their livelihoods too. I say if anyone needs to be made redundant, it should be those at the top. Especially those unqualified to lead or make sound business decisions. Why are they letting our key people go?
