Pros

Very flexible when it comes to time off request. Good company to start off with but not a company that one could retire from.

Cons

The opportunity for advancement is very limited. They rarely promote from within. Negotiate high when it comes to salary---yearly performance reviews are not given unless asked for.

Pros

Nice trucks and equipment is good.

Cons

DRIVE CAM IS HORRIBLE and not optional. Foreman dont get along with each other. Management is rude and unprofessional. They will invest in equipment but not employees. Pay is low, unless you can negotiate. They have employees that have been there 10 years and still don't make $20/hr.

Pros

None to speak off really. If I had to say one thing is the friendships I made there. The company has no other pros

Cons

Have a terrible upper mgt team that have no direction and no regards for there employees. Treat them very poorly. Pay is also well below average
