Good salary, the company is willing to spend for the improvement and benefit of the outlet. Colleagues including the kitchen team are great to work with

Higher management (HQ) has clear rules, but the outlet manager sets conflicting and unreasonable ones. HQ says one thing, OM says another. These unreasonable rules are the main reason staff keep resigning. Stop the favoritism and stop sacrificing staff just to protect your own name. VCR actually has a great culture, but because of the OM, only the Sunway Pyramid outlet is bad. (Again, this outlet only - because if you work here, you will train at several other outlets first and I’ve seen that the other outlets are well-managed and less stressful.)
