Pros

Flexible timing and nothing else

Cons

Terrible work culture here. Colleagues treat each other without respect and no room for any improvement. Processes are stuck from the past and systems are really slow. No proper training and onboarding experience. Expected to do the job without any knowledge from seniors and tasked to do jobscopes for different teams too. No communication with team members and feels like robots are working. Required to reply messages every weekends. If you value learning, do not join this company. You will not learn anything except on how to avoid a bad company. Global MNC on the outside but works like a small company on the inside.

Pros

- Growing company, bringing you a lot of opportunities to grow professionally. - High-tech projects. - Good work-life balance, despite the company is having a big workload you do not feel all the pressure. - Multicultural environment. - Management tries to align your personal interest with the job's assignments. - Possibility to make trainings in/out of the company.

Cons

- Due to the fast-growing, I had the feeling the amount of juniors vs seniors is unbalanced (at least in the Mechanical department). - Big bureaucracy, a lot of repetitive tasks which could be automated, reducing errors, improving productivity and living time to engineers to make real productive work and reducing burnout. - The way of working is not clear, depends a lot on who you ask. When a change occurs in the way of working it is not efficiently transmitted to the whole department, creating errors.
