Pros
There is number of Pros of this company but i am mentioning some of them. 1. Salary is on time : I am working here since last 2 year, no any month passaway in which i got late salary 2. Multi task learning opportunity: you may grape multiple skills, such as python, erp, git, website and some technical server skills. 3. Friendly environment: All staff are very familiar . 4. Ranking: the most important is its rank, Verts is a silver partner of Odoo. you may search it from google( Odoo silver partner in India)
Cons
Every company have their own Pros and cons.it has too 1. Infrastructure is not good as compare to its name 2. Salary Structure is less as compare to other company but for fresher level skills are most impotent than salary. i am not telling that salary is not a matter for fresher level.............once you will gain skills, verts will also able to pay huge amount, numbers of seniors already getting a handsome salary
