Two vet Owners are very switched on and fantastic vets
Cons
- terrible culture, bullying, yelling, guilt trip over sick days etc. - 0 support network for compassion fatigue - don't support work/life balance - too corporate/ money hungry - enable senior nurses to bully younger staff - no learning/progression opportunities

Pros
Okay money… not great but just ok. Lots of opportunity for overtime. Lots of experience in a short amount of time due to high volume case load.
Cons
Since management isn’t around to manage, most technicians are mean and immature. No one wants to work together. Honestly I don’t know how I lasted a year here; I was so depressed and suicidal that I had to start taking antidepressants. I told management about my mental health and they fired me.
