Convince over security. High turnovers. Salaries based on education not experience. Every job that is not above Management is under compensated. Ask your employees their current salary? It's frown upon to ask. Guess the reason why? Can't ask for a raise based on an excellent employee review. You can excel but not compensated for your contributions. Executives get 10-30x bonuses based on business performance while employees get 1-3% bonus based on individual performances. You get a Christmas gift or sweatshirt for Christmas. Benefits suck. Stock options only offered to some employees. Probably determined on how much they like you. Only executives are set to become wealthy if company sells. Management tell employees they are family, not true. They'll throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. You only matter while they need something from you. Policies only affect non-management employees.
