Location, Food courts around, subway station around.
Cons
I should have run after week one... All they do is lie to employees and investors, making them believe the next big thing is coming. They only care about their executive team, unfortunately most of them are out of touch with reality. It doesn't matter how "big" are the names on your board, you are not going to turn the company around by attending executive retreats with Tom Brady's chef or by going to Silicon Valley to rub elbows with real entrepreneurs. Terrible Business Model. Terrible Management.
