staff is nice and very welcoming! the office is in a good location and they want you to succeed.

Cons

this office is very unprofessional. The hours are seriously horrible it is not a realistic to be in the office from 10 in the morning till 10 at night and all you're making is commission. I think this company prays on new college students for employees and i do not think it is worth it.

Door to door sales! As you (easily) wing your first interview, you're invited to a second interview and told you'll be "shadowing" another account manager, essentially means that you'll be dropped off at some random neighborhood with a stranger and a list of leads, knocking on doors selling u-verse.

Working at VIP Consulting Group INC has given me the chance to start my career. I love coming to work everyday being surrounded by positive people, motivated people, people who work hard, and people who have high goals and are willing to do what it takes to achieve their dream. Everyone here is not only worried about themselves and reaching their goals, but also the development of others and helping others reach their goals as well.

Cons

Some of the challenges of working here is that we need a bigger refrigerator.
