      Got access to tools needed for job

      Cons

      Management doesn't take the time to really listen. Pretends to be interested in the growth of employees but is really all about themselves. Super annoying to hear head management complain about clients they work with in front of employees. Certain discussions should remain with yourself. Unable to pay a suitable wage given the cost of living. Very limited benefits.

      Learned a lot at VIVO360, Inc. Privately owned agency. Very intimate environment. You work very closely with the president of the company. One on one with clients. President is very passionate about their company.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to communicate to the president on what they are looking for on the project.
