Pros
Senior Management Team are brilliant and put your priorities over the business; on several occasions, I've been told "Family comes first" which is a rare commodity. Very open and honest about where the projection / direction of the company is going and how you will be involved (even if in a minor role) There is a constant state of 'Continuous Improvement' and looking for feedback, whether that be additional team members, better equipment or switching meeting formats.
