Pros

salary package is good, nothing else

Cons

Mental Harassment, Late night work, No HR policy, no one to complaint, You can't do anything, Manager only give you document work,so that he will learn fast from your documents and he will not help you in doing that & he will not give you technical work, only he do technical work himself and only thinks about his growth, he have thinking to learn himself, he don't care about his team members learning,if you will ask for some technical work then Manager force you to complete new type of work as soon as possible without any support and help, like if you don't know c++ and you only know c, then manager will not give you c coding work, he will give you c++ work and force you to complete work soon and if will not able to do work as soon as possible then manager will demoralize you up to the extent where you will start thinking to do suicide, manager will tell that you can't do work and you don't have the capability, manager will force you to leave your job indirectly if you raise your voice and ask for technical work. They will do mental torture till the day you leave company. Communication gap, information hiding, no status meeting. No growth for freshers only mental torture, & demoralization. So much company politics.

Pros

Good work, great sense for creating complete end to end products from India

Cons

Office culture - very bad. + Top management would stand at gate after 10:00 am to check who all are coming late. + Top management would not listen to your side of story - he thinks he is always right + If Top management doesn't like something - might ask any employee to go at short notice. + No one in the company has guts to question senior's decision + Lot of politics - results in regular change of top management. + Treats people differently - If you are close to top management - they will provide you full salary. For people who are not close will get 50% salary. % of salary also depends on your group (hw/sw/scm/manufacturing) - each group gets different salary %. + Forget Performance Linked Incentive - has not given PLI for last 3 yrs. + Salary increases are abrupt and are generally given only when you resign. Very Unethical + Won't pay salary on time. At this time most employees have 3-6 months of pending salary + Won't do Full and Final of employees. At the time of leaving, most employees will loose 2-3 months salary + Won't pay to vendors on time. Almost all vendors - SCM (hardware), pantry, building lease, security, cabs etc. have huge outstanding dues and stop services at any time. Once there were no cabs to go back as cab owner stopped providing services & there were times when no coffee or tea was available in pantry. Training: No training during my stay Work-life balance: You will get call at any time of day/night or any day of week.
