      - A company with the owner is the Vietnamese government, so you never have to worry about layoffs - Strong company in e-Government, and software development for state-owned enterprises - High average income

      Cons

      - Old, slow and sluggish - There is not much creativity in taking care of employees' lives - Technology is not new, always behind and lazy to update - A lot of poorly qualified staff, many and ineffective policies
