There is a palpable lack of camaraderie among team members, and the overall atmosphere is characterized by tension and negativity. Unfortunately, the absence of a dedicated Human Resources department exacerbates the issues, leaving employees without a proper channel to address their concerns. Valuable employees are let go, while people who wouldn't even function as a toddler keep their jobs. Lack of Direction (⭐️): One of the most significant challenges I faced during my time was the pervasive lack of direction. The company appeared to operate without a clear vision or long-term strategy. This lack of clarity affected day-to-day operations, causing confusion among employees and hindering productivity. Team members often found themselves working towards conflicting goals, leading to frustration and a sense of aimlessness.
