Pros
People can be fun to work with Engineering team strives to deliver, almost to a fault The offices are OK
Cons
When your product has had more than 3 name/goal changes in the last 4 years, you have a leadership problem. No real knowledge of how to run neither a SW business, nor a Customer management business. Leadership shows a tendency to idolize occasional outsiders and changing its goals depending on the current "guru". No career plan, little to no opportunities to grow or learn new things.

They paid pretty well (but this was when they had money)
Cons
The CEO is a child, runs his business on his poor instinct and promises the world then delivers nothing. The culture is intensely gossip filled (probably because HR only hires from 2 universities so it's them vs us) and well, they're running out of money very very quickly!
