Bureaucratic mess that can't decide what it hates more: Its customers or its employees
Pros
The location in Helsinki city centre is good.
Cons
Employee satisfaction is abysmal. Managers sometimes made their underlings cry. Employee benefits are nonexistant, with the managers often trying to get away without paying for overtime. Internal advancement opportunities are also none, as management usually blames problems on existing employees and tries to fix things by hiring new faces, which don't stick around due to horrible company culture. There's a zero tolerance for alcohol, meaning security officers sometimes ambush employees for breath alcohol testing in case someone has been to a bar the previous day. If you fail the test, you're fired. I'm pretty sure that's illegal, but they do it anyway. Top level management is not interested in customer satisfaction but maintaining the company's monopoly position. Employees are unmotivated due to company having no interest or vision in developing its services. Nobody takes any responsibility. If you're the sort of person who enjoys getting new things done, this company is the polar opposite of that culture.
