      social atmosphere some good coworkers potential opportunity to advance if you're a fave

      Cons

      low pay for work you do no support from management management doesn't do their job snobby marketing team gossiping take advantage of you make promises but fail to deliver some male staff is harassing but management does nothing

      - nice people - ok company events

      - owner likes to gossip about his own employees to other employees - owner has no issues with unprofessionalism and making his team feel like crap and has zero emotional intelligence - very disorganized - time micro-management to the minute
