The work environment is extremely fluid which allows all employees to contribute to the success of the team. There is a mutual respect that everyone has for each other and the jobs they do that makes working here really energizing and motivating. Management is always accessible, honest and open to new ways of doing things which is really rare.

Small startups are not for everyone, to be successful here you have to be okay with the bumps in the road that come along with it. Chances are your job responsibilities will change as we evolve as a company which can push you outside of your comfort zone and not everyone thrives in an environment like that.
