Pros

Welcomes Dogs to the office

Cons

I can not suggest enough for you not to work here. Wish I didn't start. Too many bad things to write... but trust me this company is a mess.

Pros

VS provides a unique opportunity for those who are interested in bringing ideas to the table to create new products for our clients. The work environment is extremely fluid which allows all employees to contribute to the success of the team. There is a mutual respect that everyone has for each other and the jobs they do that makes working here really energizing and motivating. Management is always accessible, honest and open to new ways of doing things which is really rare.

Cons

Small startups are not for everyone, to be successful here you have to be okay with the bumps in the road that come along with it. Chances are your job responsibilities will change as we evolve as a company which can push you outside of your comfort zone and not everyone thrives in an environment like that.

Pros

This is a great company to work at if you're looking to experience and contribute to a true high growth tech startup. It has been really awesome to see the company develop and expand over time. You have so much more ownership in your position because of the company's size, and it's cool to see recognition increasingly given. Fun team to be apart of! Great location, casual office, solid employee benefits.

Cons

If you enjoy the challenges that come with high growth startups, there aren't too many cons. Good to continue celebrating the small wins.
