Pros

Welcomes Dogs to the office

Cons

I can not suggest enough for you not to work here. Wish I didn't start. Too many bad things to write... but trust me this company is a mess.

We are always looking for ways to improve our daily operations--if you have feedback regarding stand up, I would very much be interested in discussing. Pros

VS Networks is definitely a place for you to grow and learn as an employee. I continue to feel supported and that my manager(s) always have my best interest in mind. Management has an open door policy and encourage feedback. They will work directly with you to make sure you are in the position that is best fit for you.

Cons

Being a tech-startup/small company, this is a very fast paced environment where each day is different. You hit the ground running, but are given the autonomy to figure out problems , develop processes, and provide input.

Pros

This is a great company to work at if you're looking to experience and contribute to a true high growth tech startup. It has been really awesome to see the company develop and expand over time. You have so much more ownership in your position because of the company's size, and it's cool to see recognition increasingly given. Fun team to be apart of! Great location, casual office, solid employee benefits.

Cons

If you enjoy the challenges that come with high growth startups, there aren't too many cons. Good to continue celebrating the small wins.
