Pros
The founders really know and value remote work, including asynchronous work and flexible hours. Work however it suits you. Also, both of them (the founders) are so good at what they do. One is an elite level salesman and the other is a world class developer who can take on just about any technical challenge.
Cons
The customers are sales people, and they are famously non-savvy when it comes to technology. This can be frustrating at times when building technology for them.
