Pros

The only pro about working here was the unity between all the employees.

Cons

1. So in a nutshell the company has been portrayed as a paradise sort of place to be working out of 'A Villa'. Don't let this fool you. There's nothing awesome about this as it is located in a secluded place. Yes it's peaceful and quiet. So quiet to an extent that the environment is very boring. Working here, has the ability to mentally saturate you. 2. The CEO of the company doesn't really care about any of the employees. No appreciation for the work put in = No motivation to work here. Not to mention he is very rude as well. 3. No one on one meetings with the managers etc. You literally have no clue how well you are working, nor there isn't any evaluation. Just work for the sake of working., so you can't expect anything where growth is concerned as they don't really care about your career prospects. 4. You can expect them to fire you by just giving a couple of days notice, but will expect you to serve a full 2 month's notice period when they need it according to their convenience. Total hypocrisy right there. 5. Don't be surprised if the owners don't wish you on your birthday nor work anniversary. 6. No information is given out on how the company is doing, what are the future plans for the co. Etc. Employees are in a loop.

Pros

As a fresher it is good platform to learn new skills.

Cons

No fixed timings. (People end up working 10-12 hrs in a day) No much communication between employees. Micromanagement is the worst part. Too many mind games played by the person at the top. Employees are treated as crap inspite of putting in long work hours and giving it your all.
