Good at convincing people to accept the lowest pay.

Cons

They can not afford the experienced employees. Lowest pay to freshers as well as to experienced. Unfriendly and egoistic superiors. Unhealthy work culture. Favoritism. Dear Freshers, please don't ruin your career by entering this organization Look around, there are many good companies in Baroda which can pay you more than double that too with an excellent work culture.

They cannot afford experienced candidates They need experience candidates for work but will pay them less than fresher's Their competitors will pay you 2times , so better apply in befree company, qx , etc
