Pros
Very good product with high efficacy and excellent reliability.
Cons
Hiring more salespeople doesn't automatically translate to more sales. Valencia Technologies suffers from a lack of strategy. CAT3 hurdles are being ignored. The CEO with extensive sales experience is pushing to hire more and more salesmen. He is a first time CEO trying to make a mark but has lost the plot already, in just two month.
