The technology is incredible, and the administration used remote work as a positive to recruit worldwide instead of locally, while also adapting extremely well to remote work. Management builds and develops trust with employees and allows employees to set their own work schedule "as long as the work gets done."
The CTO and VP work closely with developers and take full ownership of the platform and its components, while trailblazing technological innovation. Developers are allowed the flexibility to introduce new components and integrations without significant pushback in many cases.
Cons
Like any startup, if the company cannot generate revenue or secure funding, the lifespan will be limited. This unfortunately led to cutting my position among others.
Yearly raises were not given and neither were performance reviews.
