Always recognition for your hard work and rewarded for your consistency. If you are a grafter and believes hard work pays off, this is the place to be. If not, then I guess this is not for you.
Cons
Standard trading hours but could be long nights for those that don't check the time and wants to win. Could feel intense or stressful for those that are not self-efficient and prepared. Not the place to be if you prefer to live for the weekends and pay cheque after pay cheque. Plenty of daily interactions with clients and lenders, Not the place to be if you don't enjoy having a rapport and building relationships. Pay is only limited if you believe your potential is limited.
