Pros

Beginning of my employment at VC, I enjoyed the staff, the CEO, and the pay was fair at time of offer.

Cons

This place quickly went downhill as far as how they treated their staff. If you enjoy being lied to, disrespected, bullied, treated as your incapable or inferior to upper management...please apply. BUT if you are like most people who want to feel valued, supported, have growth opportunity and for your supervisors to not be shady; then stay away! Upper Management needs to look at themselves a lot more closely, and see that they are the issue and that they need to learn how to treat people better and to own up to their own mistakes...or at least be more honest and upfront, right away, with staff.

Valley Cities Response

We are sorry to hear about your experience, but this is not the company culture at Valley Cities. We work hard to create an environment where managers can easily communicate with their team in a caring and passionate way. With 12 locations across King County, it is important for us to have friendly and organized management across all sites.

Pros

Decent Paid Time Off and medical for employees only.

Cons

Toxic working environment with institutionalized injustices. Employees are burn out, no accountability and lack of engagement. Bad leadership comes from the top down. The CEO who is manipulative, dishonest, and a control freak who does not visit any clinical locations and does not trust employees to do their work, especially if they work from home. "His job" is to push clinical employees to be accountable and be productive but he does not even get out of his office to visit any clinical operations to see the reality. The CAO is a liar and two faced depending who she is taking to, who has no values and integrity and is not qualified to manage HR let alone be the CAO. The culture is so negative. DEI is a joke, there is no E-Equity and no I - Inclusion at this organization. Let's stop patriarchy in the workplace created by the CEO at Valley Cities!!!
