      Pay on time an the office is neat

      Cons

      They never put to consideration the well being of the employee No benefit No insurance cover i mean nothing they just use you with their little pay that never sustains even a month. They never consider salary increase for the employees They forever increase work load and never considers adding even a penny They are rigid and don't value the mind of a black man Nothing good to talk about Racism Tribalism of the highest degree I can't even recommend to my worst enemy

      Exciting but Challanging

      Pros

      My day involves dealing with entities in multiple countries on various projects. No 2 days are the same and there is always something new and exciting to challenge and engage me. The company has a clear vision and is absolutely transparent with all employees, there is no water cooler gossip in the office!

      Cons

      There is some work out of hours and weekends and many customers give last minute notifications of jobs meaning we need to be flexible and adaptable to working in challenging environments.
