Ever since the downturn in the market upper management treats employees like crap. They say they care about you and your family, but let me tell you they DO NOT!!!!!!!! They force you too work unlimited amounts of 12 hour days with no days off since they fired too many people when it got slow. They preach safety, but that is a total crock. If safety was sooooo important, why would they expect there people to work 12, 16, and sometimes over 20+ hours a day and expect them to drive home safely. It's a joke!!!!! Do yourself a favor and apply somewhere else unless you never want to see your family and don't wanna have a life. Ps.. If you work maintenance and wanna work at Vallourec your life is over as you know it. They will run you into the ground and then some. I wish I could give the work/life balance below a negative 100.
