Pros
I hardly can think of any pros.. everyone works for salary and I didn't got it.
Cons
Was hired as HR, things we're fine for 3-4 days post that the CEO wanted me to change my profile to calling like BPO agents. Because he had less staff and a new project. I agreed on a 60:40 ratio. But again he wanted me to completely take the calling profile. I didn't agree as I wanted to learn in HR being a fresher. I was doing more than good as HR but took the decision of leaving the organization. I was told that I'll get my salary for the time I worked but Even after multiple follow-ups and calls to Ceo- Abhishek and hr. I never got my salary. Won't suggest anyone to work as being in HR got to know how the freshers from college are fooled by this org.
