A lot of drama. The administratior hires grandkids, neices, nephews ect.. and then puts them in a position of leadership where they shouldnt be. The "leaders" will back talk you, put you down and call you mean names. Also lie if they dont like you, to get you fired. But there is no telling your side, because they believe their own family over honest people. They dont even ask for your side. They will over work you until you have no life outside of work and dont care about your family. They will also hire people with no experiance, and put them in a position in the office asap. While the people in the homes have been working their butts off to get into that position. They also keep taking in clients when theyre firing or loosing more staff. A house that is very active with behaviors, will have one person working a 12 hour shift 6 days a week. When there should be 2 or three staff working 8 hour shifts.

The people in charge were hard to work for. They claim a family environment, but expect you to exhaust yourself with no help or regard, also no pay for overtime. They expect you to just show up and donate your free time. They also accuse you of gossip they have heard. I have never worked with more disrespectful, rude, unhelpful people before in my life.
