The top management is thoroughly corrupt and immoral which is the fundamental reason of Company's financial woes. To eradicate earlier issues of corruption, company brought in and handed over total controls to a retired ED from Oberoi's with absolute faith in him. However, this person is corrupt to the core and leads the coterie of 3-4 people who siphon off money through kickbacks, double billing, fake item procurement, service contract cuts etc. Of course, they do it under disguise of inescapable necessities which are projected to be absolutely essential to the company thereby always fooling the owner and a board that exists just for namesake. Nowhere exists a system except in this company where the only checkpoint i.e. Finance controller reports to Procurement Head. This effectively creates a system by default which is similar to leaving a pot of milk under custody of a cat in a house locked from outside. However, owner is oblivious to this fact and continues to remain so, probably willingly. Overall the company is in deep hole with complete lack of professionalism or logic.
