      Its a useless company ..their experience count no where so stop joining it ...better go for some other company

      They don’t even deserve that 1 star it’s just because I don’t have the option so I had to give it. Beware, if you are thinking of joining this company please be sure that you have enough butter in your pocket. It’s a company where most of the managers have ego problem that too with very less work knowledge. Such a pathetic company to work with. So, join it at your own risk and also if you see 5 stars in reviews trust me it is just because they ask employees to give them 5 stars otherwise nobody would give them more than 1 star.

      Pros

      Worked at Vanator for 3 months. Nothing to appreciate. They hired me giving fake promises but from the day 1 nothing really worked. The duties and responsibilities were abysmal and no rules were followed legally.

      Cons

      A bogus company and cheating management. especially HR. Never join them.

      one of the manager in the vanator is the worst guy i have ever seen only talk to girls respectfully and harassed boys in front of girls.

      Cons

      Only employee is good otherwise everything is fake in this company never join this company.
