Management treat stuff like idiots and micro manage you to the point that you get points deducted for not logging you are going to the toilet or grabbing a coffee. If you're late due to the train running late then points deducted. End of month you have to consistently achieve a certain amount of points to achieve a bonus at the end of the year. No pay rise for last 2 years in UKPI. Really toxic environment in London office
