      Leadership is spinning out

      Pros

      Some coworkers are fun to work with, option for most roles to be remote

      Cons

      Seems like the CEO is panicking because the company is going nowhere fast (attrition, always needing to raise money, low valuation, etc). Both he and the wider leadership team are more and more reliant on AI, trusting it as gospel and no longer trusting the team when they give real answers to his questions. Lots of smoke and mirrors.

      Unsteady ship with high turnover but some good people

      Pros

      A decent number of good people, they at least try to promote a positive culture. Truly remote role. Some interesting techincal challenges and opportunties to push yourself.

      Cons

      High Turnover (essentially 3 CPOs since I joined), upper management that sets unrealistic goals and blames down. Low salary for the work.
