Pros

They pay their staff well.

Cons

Micromanagement is their greatest downfall along with failure to secure a sales team that knows how to do sales. For a team of less than 15, it is astonishing that upper management can ignore their staff for weeks without interacting meaningfully.

Easily the worst place I’ve worked.

Pros

It’s entirely remote. That’s it.

Cons

No wonder all of their reviews are from the one woman that makes up the “HR” department and the owners. Leadership lied repeatedly during interview process about employee count, client count, bonus structure, etc. I was told they were going to announce the updated bonus plan shortly after my start date. There was no announcement and, unless they’re top secret, no bonuses. No review structure. Terribly unorganized and inconsistent. Not enough clients/work to go around, but highest billable utilization expectation of any consulting firm I’ve worked for - unrealistic. If you have down time, you’re expected to ping leadership for them to pass work down. That’s totally fine and makes sense, in theory, but it can take days and several messages for anyone to actually reply to you. Then when you finally get a response at the end of your day, you’re expected to stay online to get things done even though you were ignored all day while looking for tasks during actual business hours. MICROMANAGEMENT - it’s absurd. The owners sit in on client calls, usually in the background without contributing, and actually bill the clients for it. AND they read their employees emails. There’s an expectation of 24 hour response time on emails but they’ll ping you a couple hours after you receive an email they weren’t on asking why you haven’t responded yet). If you end up working here, they request 4 weeks notice if you resign but fire people on the spot for giving notice. Turnover rate is crazy and average tenure is just a few months, if that. Only a couple employees outside of leadership have been there over a year. They claim to be “experts” in certain platforms/integrations without anyone on the team actually having used/implemented them and when a client needs it, they charge the client for consultants spending time to research something they claim to have expertise in. When they fire people, instead of taking ownership, they say the person is terminated effective immediately and blame a “people analyzer” Benefits are minimal and terrible and more expensive than most places.

Pros

100% remote/flexible schedule Hard working experienced team who really value one another's skillset Employee-first focus Tons of opportunity for growth Competitive compensation Flexible Time off Policy Passionate Leadership Team who values feedback and improvements

Cons

With growth can come growing pains and needing to change technologies/processes/procedures - but we do this all by first obtaining employee feedback to make the most efficient and beneficial changes
