There are decent benefits, but nothing impressive.

Cons

Layoffs! I was sad to see so many people asked to leave, especially when their retirement date is a couple of years away. I understand it's what big companies do to stay above water, but seeing so many people affected is depressing.

No hike since 3 years No outing or other outdoor activities Though we work in various WAN disciplines finally will end up in same test process at point of time No work from home option at any cost
