Pros
The company is always open to hire freshers so that they don't need to pay huge salary.
Cons
1. Work load is too much and you will be getting very less salary and surviving im Gurgaon with such less salary is quite challenging. 2. They don't reimburse properly the amount which is being used in business traveling. They even don't reimburse properly for the food.

Pros
Great learning experience opportunities for freshers as well as experienced people. Company has seen tremendous growth in past few years. Management and senior staff is very helpful and cooperative. Renumeration is at par and sometimes better than industry standards, salary has never been delayed in last few years.
Cons
Salary credited on 15th of every month.
