      Pros

      Kids are great. Some teachers and TA are nice.

      Cons

      The administration is shady and secretive. Parents wanted to know credentials of classroom staff and admin advised to avoid the subject at any means. Unprofessional. Didn't train TA's AT ALL prior to throwing into the classroom which is stressful for both the TA and teacher. One day we had NO CLASSROOM teacher the entire day and a letter was written to the parents that there was a substitute.

      Very nice coworkers and great team.

      Cons

      No growth. There is no room to move. Admin finds ways to pay you less. For example a stipend for a multi-day training that you would be making more at your hourly rate.
