Benefits package is probably the only benefit you can get.
Cons
Very disorganized management — there seems to be little clarity about responsibilities or direction. Safety is clearly not a top priority, nor is the wellbeing of employees. Job descriptions are often loosely interpreted by management, and staff are frequently assigned additional tasks beyond their original responsibilities.
