Im the one of ex-staff here. Toxic environment and dont have good working culture. No training provided to newcomers as the HOD is to bossy asking do this and that and giving unmotivated comments for your work. Once joined, you need to contribute at the very beginning without a proper welcome, interview session is a huge difference compare when you start to take step into this company.Never believe the chat during this IV session. Youre not allow to learn with current staff because this place is not an university for you to start learning something (they said), Management expect to do your work perfectly without any silly mistake even they not teach you how to do it in proper way, and they will give very low KPI, probation will extend, some get punishment standing facing wall, no phone/laptop until end of working hours, Bosses is to arrogant like he/she have a 50years of experience in industry but actually nothing.Very bad leadership. Their project totally handle by un-training intern student, and their other project always delay from deadline because miscommunication among internal team. their staff always have drama and two-faced . Not recommended and a big NO to join this company in future.

- Always no carpark, parking at the roadside, industrial area with a lot of lorries and a dusty atmosphere. - Bad teamwork
