Executive leadership is very bad. The executive leadership have created a very hostile work environment and rule by fear with constant verbal abuse, yelling, and personal attacks that are a weekly occurrence. Office staff walk around on eggshells, job guarantees such as working remotely or a better work life balance are discussed and agreed on then changed and never discussed again. Directives are given for unsafe construction practices in the field and job security is threatened if not followed.
