First year was awesome with the man with the original vision and concept.
Pros
It was a TRUE designer jean company where you could get name brand jeans. James, rock and republic , William Rast, Paige, people's lib...etc as well as compensating us for 100 percent of commission owed and we never ran out of jeans. All got along and the customer services was awesome. The former owner started this company to help mostly women be able to work their own hours and never have quotas or minimums and be able to take time for their families when needed. They even had a philanthropy with one of the brands of jeans that gave to sexually abused children, they gave benefits to women who had a baby or husbands were deployed. Didn't have an awesome computer system but IT WORKED. The new CEO that this wonderful man trusted to help the business end changed everything and forced him out and made him sign a non compete! A non compete for the business HE STARTED!
Cons
Now since bringing in a new CEO who is so untrustworthy and fake and a total sociopath literally crushed the dream. Totally manipulated everyone in the corporate office, forced the original owner out of the company! Put all the designer jeans that were purchased by the owner on sale for 20 bucks and now only compensates on 70 percent of total commissions earned. They are so broke. Have ruined relationships with all designer companies and the boutique companies. It's a fact that they are running out of jeans and the CEO has nothing to lose. Lives in a paid for house and will lose nothing WHEN it goes under. Now the upper reps are saying hateful things in social media and are so rude that they don't realize their little pay off is about to be zero
