Pros

Car scheme, various discounts via benefits website, on site restaurant. Opportunities for progression if you’re in the right department.

Cons

Inconsistent internal recruitment. Dependent on department, a lot of moves depend on who you know and not necessarily ability.

Pros

Good workforce with great products. The two UK plants in Luton and Ellesmere Port produce high quality vehicles which are shipped all across Europe

Cons

No money for investment and zero chance of progression for next few years. Workforce is being radically reduced to record low levels through voluntary redundancy.
