      Had a good team "HAD" Had a cool office "HAD" Had an amazing prototype facility "HAD" snacks, dogs allowed in the office,

      Cons

      I would never work for Buck Jordan again, he is a liar and a cheat. He openly discussed letting crowd-funded portfolio companies go bankrupt and repurchase the assets to leave the crowd-funders holding the bag. When he had limited involvement we had a great team then he became more involved felt threatened and fired all the talent that made this place magical. what a shame.

      Hectic but exciting work

      Pros

      Great office, fun and smart co-workers, dog friendly office, lots of opportunities to wear many hats and explore different options for growth.

      Cons

      The startup environment isn't for everyone. It can be really stressful and there's usually some sort of budget crunch. The uncertainty can be frustrating but the upside potential and exposure to new things makes it worth it for me.
