Pros
A friendly work force who know their roles and exactly how do to them, all very approachable. A niche subject matter dealing with different items everyday can be very enjoyable.
Cons
No career progression available, No recognition for hard or outstanding work, Poor pay grades and annual increments. There is no incentive from management to work hard or bring new ideas to the table.

Pros
Chance to work with toys and other collectibles - incredibly interesting and enjoyable to relive parts of childhood.
Cons
Management don't have a clue: They think social media is bad, undermine their staff, don't empathise with their buyers. Don't even understand what actual auctions are. Staff do not respect management because they are so inept. Still like that today in 2017 as have spoken with many outside of premises.
