      The worst place I have ever and most likely will ever work

      Sometimes I feel joy that I am no longer working for the company, other than this no pros at all

      Cons

      Shouting arguments are not uncommon in this office. Director massively struggles with delusions of grandeur, he also often bullies and belittles staff. It would not surprise me if positive reviews followed this as he will bully staff into improving the rating. Career progression is basically non existent The office atmosphere is awkward when the Director is in as he can take out his frustrations to any one at any time Some employees agree with the Director no matter what, which has arisen from years of manipulation and bullying

      Pros

      Due to the tyrannical regime, the employees have learnt how to be impeccable (to self preserve) and I have picked up a few useful tricks myself.

      Cons

      This place is a cult, not a company! The director isn’t ever denied and frequently uses a moralistic tone to belittle and coerce employees into obeying. Having surrounded himself with indoctrinated ‘yes men’, the whole company revolves around his persona and his word is undeniable law. If someone dares disagree with him, he has no problem in lashing out and offending you on a personal level. As almost everyone has been manipulated into thinking that’s normal (or the ‘good’ way of working), you’ll find 0 comradeship amongst coworkers. Stay away, unless you are happy to obey and abandon your freedom of speech / thought!

      Pros

      None that I can think of, apart from the relief when you find somewhere else brilliant to work! Office location is good, middle of the town.

      Cons

      -Very patronising -NO perks -Director is rude and incredibly de-motivating -small office with no other areas for meetings or lunch etc just a table in the corner -no parking -unsociable staff -you have to pay for your own milk for tea/coffee Please think twice before working here, there are lots of brilliant companies out there where your hard work will be worth it
